Meet Tsuchiyama's Hon Ai. Hon Ai means "True Indigo", which speaks to the highest quality tea leaf harvested in May, straight from their own plantation in Tsuchiyama-cho, Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. The result is a matcha with a depth of flavour and a shaded aroma that's hard to find anywhere else.
