We built a coffee shop that we wish existed.
Located in Toronto, The Roasters Pack Lab is a reservation-only, 8-seat cafe that serves a curated list of specialty coffee. You’ll be able to try anything from coffee flights to matcha flights, to rare and competition coffees, and a limited menu with espresso-based beverages.
The space is designed to slow down the coffee-drinking experience, where we can showcase what excites us about these coffees. We hope you enjoy the lab experience just as much as we’ve enjoyed putting it together.
Location: 87 Wade Avenue, Suite 101 (Entrance on Paton Rd), Toronto, ON, Canada
Maximum Seating Duration: 75 Minutes
Seating Times: 09:00 / 09:30 / 10:20 / 10:50 / 11:40 / 13:30 / 14:00
Reservations are fixed at $15 CAD per seat, and acts as both a minimum charge and a non-refundable no-show fee. What this means is, at the end of your reservation and allocated seating time, the ticket price is deducted from your final bill.
You have up to 24 hours from your appointment time to cancel the booking and receive a full refund for your deposit.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure you get the full 75-minute experience. Parking is limited in the area - however, it is a 5 minute walk from the Lansdowne TTC station.

The Roasters Pack is a Canadian coffee subscription service that highlights the country’s vibrant specialty coffee scene. Every month, we send out a curated selection of unique, small-batch coffees from the best roasters across the country.
We recently designed this tasting bar to deliver a coffee tasting experience that showcases what excites us with the coffee industry. The Roasters Pack Lab aims to be a platform to share high quality coffees, build community, and provide approachable education with exceptional hospitality.

Where are you located?
We're located at 87 Wade Avenue, Suite 101 in Toronto. Note that the entrance is on Paton Road. We're about a 5-minute walk from Lansdowne TTC station.
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, The Roasters Pack Lab is reservation-only. We operate with limited 8-seat sessions to ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.
How much does it cost to reserve a seat?
Reservations require a $15 CAD deposit per seat. This acts as both a minimum charge and is deducted from your final bill at the end of your visit. If you don't show up, the deposit is non-refundable.
How long is each seating?
Each reservation provides 75 minutes for you to enjoy the lab experience. Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you get the full duration.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the $15 deposit.
Is parking available?
Parking is limited in the area. We recommend taking public transit—we're just a 5-minute walk from Lansdowne TTC station.
