Description
Stiven is a delicate, expressive Colombian Pink Bourbon from young producer Stiven Hoyo in Huila. At just 25, Stiven manages part of his family's farm and has been planting new varieties like Gesha and Red Caturra. Roasted lighter than KOHI's usual to highlight its floral character, the cup leads with blue grape and peach, finishing with soft white tea.
