Rosso Coffee Roasters
Rosso started in 2007 when David Crosby opened a tiny café in Calgary's Ramsay neighbourhood. By 2012, his brother Cole Torode joined as a partner, and together they taught themselves to roast on a Probat L12, laying the foundation for the Rosso we know today. Now a certified B Corp, Rosso has grown to five cafés, multiple Canadian Barista Championship titles, and even roasted the coffee for World Barista Champions in 2023 and 2024.
