It delivers a rich, full-bodied umami layered with distinctive notes of vanilla custard, fresh spinach, and a subtle hint of walnut—completely free of bitterness. Unbelievably versatile, it whisk-ups into a velvety, luxurious koicha (thick tea) or transforms into a soft, light usucha (thin tea) with a sweet, nectary finish.
