Description

Meet Kanbayashi Shunsho's Biwa no Shiro. Named after one of the seven original Uji tea gardens established by Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu himself, this matcha makes a high quality Usucha (thin tea). Right out of the tin, it greets you with an inviting sweet aroma of caramel, whisking up into an exceptionally plush, silky cup. Taste-wise, it leads with creamy macadamia and roasted cashew, followed by a long sweet finish.
