We get cooked down blueberries paired with fresh citrus notes, and classic florals. A new coffee for us, and one we're very excited to offer, as it reminds us of our favourite Nova Scotian dessert, Blueberry Grunt. YUM. This is a versatile coffee, if using your own recipe, grind a little coarser than normal, as Natural Ethiopians tend to run finer!"
