Meet Chachalate's Vietnam Pure 75%. The beans used in this chocolate come from Tien Giang, a province on the northern branch of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta. This low-lying, tropical region is full of rivers, rice paddies and swampland. The farmers who grew these beans received feedback and technical assistance throughout harvest and were paid well above Fair Trade rates. 

Chocolate is soy free, dairy free, gluten free, and nut free.
