Why You’ll Love It:
Find three distinct matcha’s for you to discover:
- Genuine Tea - Kato Matcha (30g) : A classic ceremonial Uji matcha blend with tasting notes of snap peas, with a sweet almost chocolate like finish. 15-20 servings.
- Camellia Sinensis - Matcha Yume (30g): From Kagoshima Prefecture, this Yabukita cultivar has bright complexity with characteristics of tropical flavours, endives, and milk chocolate finish. 15-20 servings.
- O5 Rare Tea Bar - Hosoi San’s 100% Okumidori (20g): Rich umami, and low astringency, Okumidori is a rare cultivar that offers notes of cashew and macadamia nuts followed by a balanced umami grass finish. 10-15 servings.
Support Local: Each matcha is specifically curated from local Canadian small-batch tea companies.

How many cups of matcha does this make?
It's best to use 1-2g of matcha for 65g-100g of water; depending on your preferred intensity.
In total, you'll receive 80g of matcha across the three types (30g + 30g + 20g); which means you should be able to make about 80 cups!
How do I make matcha?
Sift the desired amount of Matcha using a matcha sifter.*
Heat the chawan (bowl) with hot water.
Discard this water and wipe bowl with a clean cloth.
Depending on the desired intensity measure between 1 g and 2 g ( 1/2 to 1 teaspoon) of sifted Matcha to the centre of the bowl.
Carefully pour between 65 ml and 100 ml of water at 75°C onto the tea.
Whisk vigorously with a Chasen (Matcha whisk) for around 30 seconds until an even foam develops.
Taste and enjoy!
I have a different question:
Feel free to reach out at our contact us page and we'll be more than happy to support!
"Convenience is key - variety is the spice of life - supporting Canadian businesses is vital to our communities. I’ve been subscribed to you for years now and it’s one subscription I never regret."
"For folks who’re into the specialty scene, it makes having a constant flow of new, interesting, coffees really easy. Keep on brewing up great stuff! 😊"
"I was originally given a subscription as a gift and loved it and since have gifted it to others. From my original subscription, I found a coffee that I became obsessed with and have since ordered straight from them."
"You live up to everything I would want in a coffee subscription service."
ABOUT THE ROASTERS PACK ☕️
"After trying a coffee from a specialty roaster, I was blown away by the depth of flavour. I wanted to try and learn more. But, surprisingly, it’s really tough to explore new coffee and new roasters.
That led us to tackle this problem, and have built a product that is everything we’d want in a coffee subscription.
Specialty cafes are more than just coffee - and matcha is one of those artisanal products we’ve loved trying and exploring at our local cafes.
This flight is another manifestation of that exploration. The best matchas from small-batch Canadian tea companies, exploring unique terroir, varietals and processing methods!"
