"I really enjoy highlighting sweetness in coffees so this honey processed coffee from Volcan Azul was a great pick for our seasonal coffee. It is such a comforting cup of rich chocolate that is complimented by caramel, raisin, and fig. There is a black tea and spice character that I have also seen in other Costa Rican honey coffees before. This coffee has a moderate acidity and creamy body that creates an excellent balance. I can see this coffee be fantastic with any brew method... Any way you want it, that's the way you need it...!"
