"It's 60% Costa Rica and 40% Ethiopia Sidama. The Sidama brings that clean, fruit-forward apricot and peach sweetness that's quite interesting for a washed coffee. The Costa Rica is roasted a bit more toward medium, so it has more caramelization and brown sugar sweetness, which marries really well with the Sidama and provides a little more body."
