Proyecto Berruecos Decaf - Quietly Coffee (Stirling, ON)
“We have both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffees from Arboleda in Nariño and it is so wonderful to see the overlap in sensory profiles. Rather than experiencing the flavours attached to the decaffeination process itself, the cup is loaded with sticky fig and the rich malic acidity of a Fuji or Royal apple. It has a medium body that works well with the lush malty chocolate finish.”
– Lee Knuttila, Roaster
