That passion led to a Canadian Barista Championship win in 2010, followed by years of judging and coaching competitors across Canada and the UK. After honing his skills in roasting and green coffee sourcing—earning a Roast Magazine Roaster of the Year title in 2015—Seth launched Seth Taylor Coffee in 2017. Today, his work is defined by seasonally rotating, single-origin coffees, with a sharp focus on exceptional, single-variety lots.
