Colombia Yeni Anacona Anaerobic Washed Gesha - Standout Coffee (Stockholm, Sweden)

$50.00 USD

Floral
Riped Peach
Dark Berries
Description

Anaerobic processing can sound complicated, but here's why it matters: when you ferment coffee without oxygen, you create an environment for wild flavor development. This Geisha varietal from Yeni Anacona's farm in Colombia is the proof.

The tasting notes are extremely floral—like walking through a rose garden mixed with perfectly ripe stone fruit. Dark berries round it out. This is a competition coffee. It's the kind of thing Standout brings to the table because they work directly with producers pushing innovation.

--
Founded by Alexander Ruas and Oskar Garberg—both Swedish Barista Champions—Standout Coffee started in 2021 with a simple mission: source and roast the most interesting coffees they can find.

What makes them stand out? They won Best Nordic Roaster 2024 for a reason. Standout works directly with producers on innovative processing methods—we're talking anaerobic fermentations, experimental techniques, and competition-grade micro-lots. Their coffees are the kind that win brewers cups and spark conversations.

Roasted on Jan 27, 2026.
