The Roasters Pack – Canada Day Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period The Canada Day Sale (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 AM EST on June 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 2, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

2. Eligibility The Promotion is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of purchase. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotional Offers & Discount Structure During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will receive a specific discount on the purchase of new upfront, multi-month coffee subscription tiers. The discounts are structured as follows:

  • 3-Month Subscription: Save $10 off the standard retail price.

  • 6-Month Subscription: Save $20 off the standard retail price.

  • 12-Month Subscription: Save $40 off the standard retail price.

4. Terms of Redemption

  • Automatic Application / Coupon Code: Discounts will be applied automatically at checkout or via the designated promotional code entered at the time of purchase.

  • Subscription Type: The discount applies strictly to new pre-paid, fixed-term subscription packages (3, 6, or 12 months) purchased during the active Promotion Period.

  • Exclusions: This offer cannot be combined with any other active discounts, referral codes, coupon codes, corporate programs, or existing subscription renewals. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before June 26, 2026.

  • Limit: Limit of one (1) promotional discount per household/customer account.

5. Renewal & Cancellation Policy

  • Gift Subscriptions: Non-renewing gift subscription tiers will terminate automatically at the end of the purchased term.

  • Regular Subscriptions: For standard recurring plans, following the completion of the initial discounted 3, 6, or 12-month promotional term, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard, non-promotional retail rate unless cancelled or paused by the user.

  • Refunds: All promotional sales are final. Partial refunds for early cancellations of discounted multi-month packages will not be issued.

6. General Conditions

  • The Roasters Pack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice should unauthorized technical interventions, fraud, or system failures compromise the administration or integrity of the sale.

  • All monetary amounts listed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Applicable provincial and federal taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the final, discounted purchase price.

  • By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the general operating Privacy Policy of The Roasters Pack.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws therein.
