Tim Wendelboe - Caballero Catuaí (Espresso)

We couldn’t be more excited to bring back Tim Wendelboe, who was also our very first international feature back in the day! If you haven’t heard of them yet, trust me—you’re in for a treat. These guys are basically coffee celebrities. Led by none other than World Barista Champion (2004) Tim Wendelboe himself, this Oslo-based roastery is all about incredible, light-roasted coffees that are sustainably sourced and ethically produced. We’re proud to bring this amazing experience right to your cup—again!

And seriously, we could go on forever about their awards, but let's stick to the highlights: they’ve won the World Cup Tasting Championship (2005), they’re eight-time winners of the Nordic Roaster Championship (2008-2019), and were named Best Coffee Roaster in Europe (2013). Oh, and did I mention The New York Times called their shop "a neighborhood shop run like a Michelin-starred restaurant"? Yeah, they’re that good.

We’re excited to feature Caballero Catuaí (Espresso), a flavourful espresso from Marysabel Caballero and Moises Herrera's farm in Chinacla, La Paz, Honduras. Made from the Catuaí variety, this coffee offers a rich and complex flavour profile with notes of herbal undertones, dark chocolate, and dried fruits. This espresso roast is perfect for those who enjoy a balanced, smooth cup with a depth of flavours that linger.
