It's truly so amazing to see that 94 Celcius has this coffee processed three different ways, and we've got two of them here in this issue in the Medium and the Dark pack! This Bolivian coffee is roasted to express a lot of cacao and nutty notes, and reminds me of prunes and raisins at the end.

-Dustin Ryan Yu, Director of Coffee @ The Roasters Pack
