DesBarres - Dark Chocolate - Johnson Mountain 100%

Craft chocolate, bean to bar chocolate, small batch chocolate, micro-batch chocolate. DesBarres Chocolate is all of these.

For our first 100% bar we used beans from the legendary Bachelors Hall Estate, in Jamaica, WI. These beans have very low acidity and, a deep chocolate flavour with very subtle notes of tropical fruit. These characteristics make this 100% bar clean and smooth.
