"A peaberry, sourced from the dedicated farmers of Mbilidino Cooperative, this coffee offers a smooth, easy-drinking experience with inviting notes of kiwi and green tea. Its clean profile is balanced by a gentle sweetness, making it an ideal choice for a refreshing daily brew. The coffee’s consistent processing brings out a beautifully rounded, balanced cup—never overly fruity or floral, but with a subtle complexity that’s both comforting and satisfying. Best brewed on drip to fully capture its smooth nature, this is the kind of coffee you’ll look forward to each morning.”

BREW GUIDE

Brewing tips from the roaster:

For drip: we use a Technivorm. 20g of coffee to 300g water. We use Technivorm paper filters. Start with a 30-second bloom, and allow the remaining water to fill up the dripper before opening the valve to let the coffee out. We stir the coffee after the bloom and again when opening the valve. Enjoy!
