BREW GUIDE

Brewing tips from the roaster:

Dose at 20g to 300g (92°C). Using a V60, with coffee ground at 525 microns, and use a Sibarist or other fast filter. General recipe is to do four pours of 75g. 

At 0m00s, pour 75g in a slow spiral, finishing in the center. At 0m45s, pour 75g in a slow spiral, finishing in the centre, with a slight dripper jiggle after. At ~1m20s, spiral pour to 75g, with a slight dripper jiggle again. At 2m20s, centre pour for 4 seconds, and finish 75g pour around edges. Total brew time ~3m10s to 3m30s.
