April Dripper (Plastic V2)

From April Coffee Roasters of Copenhagen, Denmark, comes the plastic April Pour-Over Brewer. A new and innovative pour-over brewer that's easy to use and allows everyone to brew better-tasting coffee. Created to keep up with the modern progression of coffee roasting, it's designed to allow you to extract the most out of your coffee, focusing on balance and sweetness at all temperatures.

A unique flat bottom structure regulates the flow rate to produce a consistently sweet and balanced taste experience.

Material: This April Brewer is the V2, made with FDA-approved Polycarbonate, Makrolon® 2456 550115. This has increased the weight of the brewer by 7g and improved its ability to maintain a consistent brewing temperature.

This dripper is compatible with the following filters:

Kalita Wave 185 Filters, Kalita Wave 155 Filters, April Filters, Saint Anthony F70 filters

Here are the steps to brew a perfect cup with the April brewer:
Start with a 50 g bloom for 30 seconds.
Pour up to 200 g with 100 g circle pour at first before you change to 50 g centre pour.
After 1:30 – Pour 100 g heavy in the centre.
Total brewing time between 2:50 and 3:00 minutes.
