Café Saint-Henri
Café Saint-Henri was Quebec's very first specialty micro-roaster (yes, first. Someone had to do it). Founded by Jean-François Leduc, the doors opened January 1, 2011, at 11:11 a.m. in the Montreal neighbourhood that gave it its name. Saint-Henri has grown to eight locations and two roasting workshops, all while purchasing microlots directly from producer partners. The mission hasn't changed: share specialty coffee with as many people as possible.
