In the 1950s, the Ransiki Central Fermentary in West Papua was a bustling cacao hub — and now, it’s back and better than ever. Revived in 2017, this community-led project is restoring nearly 1,000 hectares of land and bringing new life to the region’s cacao. The result? Beans that are as meaningful as they are delicious — a reflection of West Papua’s rich soil, sustainable farming, and renewed local pride. You'll taste notes of blueberry, roasted almonds and milk tea!
