“The Descamex decaffeination process uses a water bath that contains all the natural chemical compounds found in coffee, minus the caffeine. When the coffee is soaked in the water bath, the solution pulls the caffeine out of the beans. We have found this decaf style to be our favourite as it leaves behind less of the processing flavours and more of the original coffee flavour profile.”
