You still want a coffee to start your day, but the hot drip feels a bit wrong. So, how about an iced coffee?
We designed this blend to specifically to taste great as an iced coffee - in fact, it’s currently being served as an iced flash brew at Butter & Blue Bakery + Cafe in Toronto, Ontario!
It’s a blend of a Nicaraguan natural (75%) and a washed Burundi (25%). The Nicaragua provides these pleasant soft red fruit notes that remind us of watermelon, and the Burundi brings these beautiful citrus notes that remind us of a fresh, sweet tangerine. Both of the coffees are quite delicate, floral and sweet - which is perfect for a refreshing summery drink.
