It's been years since we've had Pilot, and we're so glad to have them back in The Roasters Pack! They're one of the OG specialty coffee roasters in Toronto, and this one's got big base notes of caramelized sugars as well as dark chocolate, and has some subtle fruit that comes through on both filter and espresso.
